Podcast: Untitled Notre Dame USC Football Podcast – Episode 2.1 2016 Season Preview
Summer break is over and we are back! We kickoff the 2016 season by previewing our respective teams. The podcast starts with Notre Dame and the recent legal trouble for some of their players, then shifts gears and we preview the offense. Our focus begins on the quarterback situation between Malik Zaire and Deshone Kizer, then moves to the skill positions and ends with the o – line. Notre Dame’s defense is next, starting with the secondary and moving our way down to the defensive line. We wrap up Fighting Irish talk with our predictions for the season.
Next up, the USC Trojans. We begin with another quarterback controversy, this time in Southern California between Max Browne and Sam Darnold. The USC wide receivers are after that followed by the running backs, and we end the offensive preview with o – line analysis. The Trojan defense takes the spotlight next, as we break down the new 5-2 scheme and who is playing where; followed by the strong defensive backfield and we end Trojan talk with our predictions for the season.
Here is the link to the article explaining the 5-2 I mentioned during the podcast.
