Tiltingground with Michael Muto – Political Extravaganza

In a special two part political podcast, I start things off by talking to tiltingground handicapper and political correspondent Tim Foy about the 2016 presidential race. We discuss what it means for America now that Donald Trump is the official Republican Party candidate, and if he can inspire new voters to his cause.

Part two starts at around the 34 minute mark, and I have Justin from the tiltingground NFL Podcast come on and try to convince me to vote for Bernie Sanders. Justin comes in hot, upset over Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy record. Specifically her vote for the war in Iraq and support of other US military operations in the Middle East. We then transition to Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton’s domestic policy positions, and end with the discussion on race in America. Here is the link to the Princeton study Justin and I talk about in regards to campaign finances.

I did some bad math, the US GDP is 33x that of Sweden not 18x. Thus I must change my position on free higher education and say yes we could do something similar to what Sweden is doing.
