Bowl week is over and it was a rough one for both our teams. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish were run into submission by the Ohio State Buckeyes at the Fiesta Bowl. Not only did the Irish lose, but their best player Jaylon Smith tore up his knee and star wide receiver Will Fuller declared for the NFL Draft. Things are also pretty bleak for the USC Trojans after an embarrassing loss to the Wisconsin Badgers in the Holiday Bowl. Senior quarterback Cody Kessler sealed his legacy in the closing moments of the Holiday Bowl, and to add insult to injury USC’s new coaches are from famed football powerhouse Western Kentucky.
